Star Wars junkies, it’s time for a new fix. As we sit here impatiently waiting for even the tiniest little morsel of information about the Star Wars: The Old Republic massive multiplayer game, Bioware and Dark Horse have teamed up to release the first issue in an eight part webcomic series, designed to introduce newcomers to the Old Republic universe.
The first issue, available on the TOR official site, is only three pages long, but kicks off in high gear with some initial exposition and, most importantly, the promise of some badass action in the second issue.
New comics are due out every two weeks, and the series runs for eight issues. So if you can’t tell a Wookiee from an Ewok (hint: Ewoks are cuddly) then this is the series for you.
