A New Way to Play - Mindflex
Recorded a little footage of this awesome little game that will be coming out this fall. Basically how the game works is by focusing on the the little ball you can make it float higher or lower. While combining this action with a little dial to move the ball around the track you can maneuver through the obstacles. The interesting thing I noticed while watching different people attempting the game is that the younger audience could put it right on and quickly adjust and figure out the controls while the older members had a harder time figuring out how much "focus" was necessary. I did not get a chance to try it out myself because I was too chicken. Keep your eye out for a special guest in some of the footage : o) Enjoy!

Back from Vacation and a new episode of RambleOn Podcast
Hey All! Finally got around to post another blog entry and get back to my computer habits. After having an amazing time at Comic-con last week I unfortunately came down with a really bad fever and some kind of Flu. But now that I am finally feeling better almost a week later finally returning back to the beloved TAG community. For those of you that went to Comic-con I apologize for not trying to meet up with ya all, I was involved with the Mattel booth beatings for that stupid show exclusive Gleek. However I do have a few things I purchased that truly made the show a success for me. Click the jump to see some photos. I will post some more pictures when I finally upload some more. But I would also ask if you can try my friend and I's podcast out at our website: www.rambleonpodcast.com Just posted: RambleOn Podcast #2: Omg its Adam Sessler, Eeerrrr! Take care all and thanks all for the feedback its all much appreciated. Thanks you much : o)

First Podcast & First Vacation
Today is an awesome day for me. Its the start of my first vacation from work ever! w00t! After working for over a year and a half finally using my first vacation days. First year of work sucks when you dont get any vacation days. But enough of that! I am headed to California Sunday to spend a few days relaxing and then I am headed to Comic-con in San Deigo. I attended last year for two days and loved it! So this year I planned to hit up 3 days and got a hotel as close as possible so I could attend night events. Going to be an awesome show and really looking forward to it. Also this week my friend and I finally put out our first attempt at a podcast. The site is a work in progress but the feed is availabe. iTunes feed to follow shortly within a few days. You can find it at http://www.rambleonpodcast.com or via the RSS feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/rambleonpodcast We mostly talk about movies, video games, comics, and action figures but in the end we decided to do it cause we thought it might be fun. Since its not often at work we find ourselves with varying opinions on these categories which then spread to an office wide geek off we thought why not spread the love. Please give it a try and any feedback would be awesome. :o)
All in all its a start to a lovely vacation and hopefully I will run into some of the TAG crowd at the Con. Twitter powers activate! twitter.com/scotrun Take care all!

Searching for a Firing Solution
Hey Folks, I recently decided that I wanted to put my efforts into something. My work days usually go longer then I would like but unfortunately I am the low guy on the totem pole so I just tough it out. I usually play games or catch up on tv shows when I get home but I am struggling with finding something to really focus on and call my own. I have been doing a little writing for a friend of mines podcast over at mastercontrolcast.wordpress.com but still feel a void. Why am I writing this? Guess I just need to say what I have been thinking. Approaching my point of purpose I am going to try and be more active and try to fill the void that seems to follow me around. Promise my blog posts will have a subject or reason for being in the future. Take care all, Happy 4th!

NY Comic-Con '09 Games & Comics!
I took a train to NYC today to experience the last day of the Comic-Con, and figured while I was there enjoying comic and the company of my fellow geek nation I would stop by some of the Game booths and try out some demos. I apologize for not taking footage, was asked politely not to record. Here are a few games I tried and wanted to give my quick thoughts on two games by Sega being: The House of the Dead:Overkill and Mad World The House of the Dead:Overkill ( Release 2-10-09) I was really excited for awhile now as this could be a fun game that I couldn't wait to dusk off my Wii and get killing me some Zombies. I got to play about 20 minutes of a demo until they cut me off. Given its about to be released this Tuesday I can say the Graphics I saw were pretty decent for a Wii game as you would come to respect and the game play was typical House of the Dead. But what troubled me the most was the control. I found there to be a rather annoying lag from me moving Wii mote to the movement actually executing on the screen. It is something you can get used to yes, but something I hope they fix before the games final release. Mad World (Release Spring '09) By far the coolest game I have seen for the Wii, in which I mean a game that its a Wii game that really excites me cause of its non-casual game style. The game is a third person view game that is completely done in Black and White graphic novel style look. The only other color is the color red which you see plenty of as the main character rips and cuts through people like knife through bread. Along with the chainsaw being a favored weapon in the demo your character's brute force makes the environment just as deadly a tool. Very fun, Very Gory. Can this be an answer to a Hardcore gamers Wii dreams? Definitely check it out.
And of course I gave into my love of action figures and bought many a new figures I have been missing from my collection, DC Universe mostly. I did however pick up the first Series of the Watchmen Action figures from DC Direct as well. I am really pumped for the movie and these babies were the first to come with another wave to be released soon. My twitter updates
