this game looks like so much fun. and this just makes it sweeter. the only problem is were am i going to find the money to pay for all these games that are coming out!

So is it true, you get all these things with a pre-order? I think I might pick this game up.It looks like it would be cool for my kids.

@ vic, the way I read the blog post was that this stuff may be segmented amongst various retailers.

At least that's how I read it. I compared it to what Criterion did with Burnout Paradise. They released different cars for different retailers like CC, BB, and GameStop. I could see GameStop getting Kratos, CC getting Nariko and BB getting a Solid Sack version. I think that beyond that, the other stuff will all be the same. I HOPE that it'll be like Burnout and there will be an option to enter codes for these characters because it seemed that everyone gave up the codes on forums for all of the cars within minutes of the game coming out. They weren't individual, one time use codes, but just generic codes that were the same for everyone and therefore no big secret and freely shared.

I just got back from GameStop (switching my Fable2 preorder to CE) and they are apparently getting the Kratos skin for LBP. They've got it printed on signage throughout the store. Seems to me that they wouldn't invest in having signs made up with that info if it weren't the case. Anyway, I preordered it because I figure that I'm getting the game regardless and if it changes, I can always cancel my preorder.
