I know Viva Pinata did in its original packaging I don't know if the regular box version has it or not.

Several games come with 48 hour codes, but very few come with a month. I do know that Xbox Live Arcade Unplugged comes with a month. Off of sites like Amazon you can buy the game new for less than the cost of a month of live.

If you go to your local BlockBuster or whatever video rental place you have, you can go into every game case and retrieve the 48 Hour codes. The people @ these places don't know what they are so they just leave 'em in. The only reason I know about this is because my cheap cousin does it to get XBL Gold. When GTA IV came out, there were over 50 copies all with 48 Hour codes. Do the math.

That depends on the employees at your paticular rental spot. I rented a game at the local Blockbuster once and the guy who took my money pulled me aside as I left. He acted like he had some hot black market merchandise and wanted to know if I wanted a "booster" account for Halo. When I said no thanks he asked for my GT and said he'd help me level up because he has a ton of them. So I did what any responsible adult would, I gave him my friend's gt and told him if I didn't accept at first to just keep sending fr's. good times
