1. Talking About Games wants everyone to have fun with contest entries. To that end, please do not break any rules or cheat in any of the contests we run. Anyone found to be circumventing the rules will earn an automatic disqualification from the contest, and may be barred from entry in future contests.
2. Talking About Games reserves the right to replace contest prizes with separate items in the event of distribution or receipt issues. We will always make our best attempt to replace prizes with items of equal value.
3. Once you've won a contest, you are ineligible to win additional contests for a four month timeframe, unless otherwise stated in the contest description. This timeframe does not apply to unannounced contests, such as Gaming Night giveaways. If you're unsure about your eligibility, please speak with an administrator.
4. Occasionally, due to export and region coding issues, we will be unable to offer prizes outside of particular geographic regions. In such cases, we will note this in the contest rules.
5. Talking About Games does not assume any liability for any injuries you may receive or cause as a result of winning a prize, using a prize, or showing off your prize to any friends, neighbors, well wishers, or other people on the planet.
6. When we announce the winner of a contest, the winner must get in touch with the person holding the contest within fourteen days of the announcement. Talking About Games staff is not responsible for tracking down the winner to obtain their information for prizes and/or giveaways. Failure to get in touch with the contest organizer will result in the prize being recycled for a future contest.
7. The decision of the Talking About Games staff is always final.
