who was the better Rachel Dawes. katie holmes or Maggie Gyllenhaal

in my opinion katie was my favorite

katie has a bitchiness about her that follows her to whatever role she takes. She always looks like she needs someone to take the stick out her butt. I guess that's why so many people found it difficult to endear themselves to her in Begins. Maggie, while not as beautiful is definitely a better actress and she brought some warmth to the character. I actually felt bad about her death because I kind of feel as if if maggie had the role to begin with maybe I wouldn't hate the character at all. It just goes to show how much of a difference an actor's performance can affect how a character comes across.
