My birthday is like...always over the Memorial Day weekend so it's like my company always gives me a day off for my birthday. Also, I get the friday after off as well. So I've got an upcoming 4-day weekend. And my Dad is coming up to visit with my Uncle, so that's pretty cool.
I'll be the first time my Dad has seen my place out here and I'm also just looking forward to spending time with him and my step-mom and Uncle. It should be good times...!

OMG, my puggies are getting so big. Poley is like, almost full grown; big boy! And little Ruki is still small. She's like a miniture pug. But I love them both.

and as far as having friends that call you on your BS, couldn't agree more....that's why I'm glad I'm not a complete superstar....couldn't handle being surrounded by yes men all the time.....

oh, and I just sent back Dexter Season 1 Disc 2 this morning.....I'm REALLY loving it so far.....Disc 3 should get here by Wednesday or so.....but am I mistaken in saying season 2 isn't on netflix yet?

Morning! Welcome back, Nevis...you were definitely missed. I was sorry to hear about what happened, but I'm glad you're OK. I'll certainly be looking forward to seeing you and Van for Shadowrun friday.
And speaking of, I'm quite sure this last friday that I broke whatever resurrection record BMan had set previously  . The all-dwarf team was a riot, though.
I'll be off in a little bit to go get my new contacts and glasses so I can actually see what I'm doing  . Other than that, nothing too exciting...just wanting Friday to get here ASAP. |
