did they give you a bunch of hassle as far as, "go try this, go try that"?....I'm not going to be too upset, I just hate wasting time doing stuff I've already tried...but I heard that's what they do...

I was on the phone for at least an hour before I got a person and then the guy hung up on me. I was not very nice to the next operator I got.  |
