PSP-to-Component Cable 3 Months, 1 Week ago
I recently picked up a PSP-to-component video cable for my PSP Slim. I originally picked up a Best Buy brand one (Rocket Fish or something like that) and it was a very high-quality cord, like a Monster. I could not figure out how to get it to work and returned it, picking up a Pelican one instead (and for cheaper). The cord works very well (and I am sure the Rocket Fish one does as well) and makes playing the PSP a whole new experience on a big HDTV. I thought it was really cool to see some of the PSP's best-looking games displayed on a bigger screen, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who always wanted to do so.

The only problem with Pelican's cord is it resizes the image on the screen so that it is about 70% its normal size. This is hardly a big problem, since the screen is still several times larger than normal, but I would have liked to see the games displayed at a normal size. The PSP XMB is displayed normally, why aren't the games?

Pick up one of these cords if you want to experience your PSP games on the big screen. They work well enough with little to no aural or visual distortion, which is fantastic. If it weren't for the resizing of the screen, and the fact that the cords only work on the PSP slim, these cords would be a must-have for every PSP owner.
