Hi everyone!
So, there's this movie coming out soon. It's called The Dark Knight. You might have heard of it once or twice before, maybe. I'm not entirely sure, myself. The movie studio isn't really don't a lot to promote it.
In any case, Parris is apparently really jazzed about seeing it, and since Phil and I are going to be in Los Angeles for E3 week, we're allowing ourselves to be dragged along with him to the Universal Citywalk to go see it.
And then we thought... wouldn't it be awesome to meet up with some of our listeners and some of the readers of our site?
So if you're in the Los Angeles area, come on over to the Universal Citywalk on Thursday, July 17th. Parris, Phil Meza (senior writer for TAG) and I will be hanging around the Citywalk from 8pm until 10:30-ish, and if anyone would be crazy enough to come meet us and hang out with us, it'd be awesome! We're planning to just hang out, grab some grub, and wander around the awesomeness that is the Citywalk.
You can come pick our brains, tell me I'm a tool for not liking Caddyshack (in a nice way), ask us about our opinions on anything, ask Phil about what he got to do at E3, and just spend a few enjoyable hours with a trio of geeks.
We're also planning to see The Dark Knight at the AMC CityWalk Stadium 19. Parris and I have tickets to the now Sold Out 12:01am showing, but Phil is still going to the
12:15am showing and I bet he'd love to hang out with everyone. If you've got tickets (or manage to buy some), come see it with us! If you listen closely, you'll be able to hear Parris' jaw drop to the ground a few times during the movie.
I'll have more details once we get closer to the date, but I wanted to throw this out there now, to gauge interest. I know we've got a lot of listeners in the Los Angeles area, and if you've ever wanted to meet us, now's the chance!
