The PM button issue, we're working on. That's a really obscure fix (Natalie and I have been searching for hours, quite literally) so we may work on some other stuff while continuing in our (thusfar) fruitless searches for a fix.
Good call on a quick link to "View My Profile". That should be easy, but since we've got some usability issues here, we may not get to that right away. It's on The List, though. And I think Natalie is buried under The List, so if you hear a muffled cry for help, it's probably her.
"View Newest Posts" and "View Replies", on the To Do list and we're going to look into that. Still.
Signature images are a tricky thing. We're very likely going to set up some policies about that during the week, but the four Admins will have to sit down and discuss those. Just know that (A) we know folks loves them some images and (
we knows folks hate when them images gets too big. So we're going to find a middle ground, and hopefully we'll please as many possible. Or at least, tick off as few people as possible.
