Nintendo has announced that Wii Music, one of the showcase game at this year's E3 press conference for the company, will be released in Japan on October 16th.
The game will cost 5080 yen (approximately forty seven U.S. dollars) and includes over 50 songs and over sixty different instruments. Nintendo has yet to confirm if any of the songs are being licensed, but has gone on record as saying that they'll be offering a few Nintendo classics as part of the mix.
No word yet on when the game is going to hit U.S. shores, but we can't imagine there's going to be a huge localization gap.
