Owners of the PSP, if you turn on your portable today and go to Network Update, you'll find the recently confirmed, Skype-enabled 3.90 firmware update is now available. Only owners of the PSP Slim can use the new functionality, though. Weak.
You'll now see the Skype icon on the XMB, so you can see just how bad it fails at calls for yourself. The only other major additon in the update includes more support for PlayStation Network titles. Go figure. So, what's the verdict, how's everyone like Skype-on-the-go? Now, once those mics get here, the party can really start!
