For years, media and online press have been traveling to Sin City to attend the Capcom Gamer's Day summit. Last year was an exeptional time, but sadly, Gamer's Day as we know it is no more. Officially changing the name today to CAPTIVATE08, the attendee restrictions are also seeing a slight tweak.

In addition to still being a media-focused venture, five select, devoted CapcomUnity members will be getting a coveted golden ticket invite to attend the event, being hand picked by Capcom PR (note: creating a fake website will not increase your chances, I see what you did there).

This year the company is expected to show off several titles including the likes of Resident Evil 5, Bionic Commando, and Street Fighter IV- the latter hopefully playable to the public once again. CAPTIVATE08 is scheduled to take place in May.

SFIV and Bionic Commando both are hitting LATE 2008, and Resident Evil 5, we're hearing it's either going to be September-Dec., or it'll skip to next year.
