Greetings from Wales, how do you do.

Postby A-Game on Mon Feb 08, 2010 6:48 am

Good afternoon all, I am Neal from Swansea in Wales (UK).

Been a big fan of Uncle Gamer radio and Remember When for a while now and thought I would come in and say hello. I have a 360 and have to juggle my time between the wife, the daughter and the full time job complete with 30 miles travelling there ane back although hrough some miricle I still manage to get in a bit of game time.

Aside from games also love movies and TV, just getting into Dexter after finsishing The Shield and The Office but I still have zero interest in Lost

Also I signed up a while ago and have since changed my gamertag and want to make sure my username matches so if anyone can tell me who works the magic on this forum it would be greatly appriciated.

Welcome to TaG Neal. I'm not sure if login names can be changed but you might post something on Site Feedback.

Hope you join one of our game nights. We're starting to get enough UK members maybe something can be planned for your evening instead of 2AM there.

The following links may be helpful:

Here's the game parties area.

There's also a sign-up area for game nights off the main page:

http://talkingaboutgames.com/community/gamenights

I would also recommend checking out Zabari's list of gamertag's versus multiplayer games people have (http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=tuxEp_S8CCcPs18r_XDaewQ&gid=1).

Gamertags for the 360:

XBL: http://talkingaboutgames.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=35

You didn't mention gaming on other platforms but just in case we have list of id's for different gaming platforms including

PSN: http://talkingaboutgames.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=34

Steam: http://talkingaboutgames.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=33
But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong. ;)

Welcome A-Game from a TAG fan in Manchester. I was also going to suggest we should organise some UK game nights. If we hold them at the weekend any of our t'international fellow posters could also play. I work in a bar till 1pm on Saturday's otherwise would be up for the MW2 game night this week!
