Amidst all the gaming announcements made by Microsoft today at E3, the gaming giant also announced several partnerships with social media networks that will be heading to an Xbox 360 near you.

Leading off this list is full Facebook integration that will allow gamers to check out profiles, photos, and more using a menu system in the style of NXE. One cool feature will be the ability to view both your Xbox Live friends and your Facebook friends at the same time, with the ability to add your Facebook friend gamertags to your friends list. Finally, future integration with games will allow folks to post text and screenshots to Facebook from in-game. Prepare for the onslaught of Achievement Unlocked status changes!

In addition to Facebook, Microsoft also announced Xbox Live integration with Twitter and Last.fm, the free social music service that suggests songs and bands for listeners based on music that they enjoy listening to. This will assumedly be similar to the Pandora integration that's currently in some Blu-ray players. Stay tuned as we provide more information from E3!
