The E3 trailer for Dishonored, a new title developed by Arkane Studios and being released by Bethesda. Arkane has a number of developers from other well-known titles, like Viktor Antonov, the art director for Half-Life 2, and Harvey Smith, the project lead for Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The game’s cyber-punk setting is reminiscent of Bioshock but the basic gameplay is a first person Assassin’s Creed. Add some Half-Life 2 elements in the mix and you have one of the more intriguing titles of E3 2012.
The following trailer is full of quick scenes from the game with the prerequisite song playing over the action. Dishonored releases on October 9, 2012 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.
If you do not know much about the game I recommend watching the first trailer found on the Dishonored website and be sure to visit Talking about Games often next week for more E3 2012 news.
